Terms of Service
I highly recommend reading this before you either buy or commission something from me. Once you continue afterward with any payment it means that you have agreed to all the conditions written here.You are free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
Commissions
1.) Payment MUST be done before I start drawing. If you can't pay 100% upfront then 50% or partial payments are accepted. If Paypal, an invoice w/partial payments method will be made.2.) Paypal (Venmo thru here), Ko-fi, GoTyme, MariBank or GCash are my ONLY methods of payment.3.) Full refunds aren't allowed. What I send back will vary depending on what I've worked on so far. Example is if I've done the lineart, then that's 50% of the process, meaning you get a 50% refund.4.) I have the right to deny my services to you for any reason ESPECIALLY bad ones. If you see you are involved with anything in my blacklist or people in it, please leave.5.) Turnaround time can range from 1 to 3 days or up to 2 months depending on what type of art piece you commission me to do due to my health condition (eyes & wrist). If you need it as soon as possible however, let me know, rush fees are applied and the extra charge varies on how complex the piece is.6.) Never, and I repeat, NEVER send me any sensitive information &/or media without my permission or unless it’s specified that it’s needed (example is a reference picture that has triggers such as violence, self harm, etc.)This is strictly the rule for NSFW as well, meaning NEVER suddenly send me media of irl genitalia or porn as “reference” especially if it was not discussed beforehand. This is a hard block for me.7.) Using my art for commercial purposes without prior discussion is not allowed.8.) Commissioning lineart and selling it for a higher price/as a "YCH" is prohibited and results in a blacklist and a beware post9.) CREDIT ME at all times10.) DO NOT PUT MY ART INTO AI GENERATORS
Adopts, Customs, Etc.
1.) Remember to credit me. It means a lot <32.) If you get my custom/adopt, you have the right to make some changes to the designs but if possible please don't change it too much (unless you keep an alternate/original version.)3.) Do NOT sell them more than they're worth/equivalent. This is specifically about buying adopts and then reselling for triple the price with no art or art that wasn't paid that's fair to your price offer.
