Terms of Service
I highly recommend reading this before you either buy something or commission something from me. Once you continue afterward with any payment it means that you have agreed to all the conditions written here.Not following or ignoring the terms automatically gives you either a warning or being written as a part of my blacklist.
Commissions
1.) If possible, payment must be done before I start drawing. Only reason you wouldn't need to is if I specifically say that payment can be done after. If you can't pay 100% then 50% or partial payments are accepted.2.) Paypal is my ONLY method of payment.3.) Full refunds aren't allowed. What I send back will vary depending on what I've worked on so far. Example is if I've done the lineart, then that's 50% of the process, meaning you get a 50% refund.4.) I have the right to deny my services to you for any reason ESPECIALLY bad ones. If I ever find out you're involved with anything in my blacklist or people in it, please leave.5.) Turnaround would vary since I'm currently studying in Uni. Maximum would be around a month or more (depending on piece, example animation meme commissions.) If you need it sooner then let me know, rush fees are applied and the extra charge varies on how complex the piece is and how fast you want me to do it.6.) I am open to doing NSFW experimental commissions but I have the right to decline my services if I know I can’t do it or I’m uncomfortable.7.) Never, and I repeat, NEVER send me any sensitive information &/or media unless it’s specified that it’s needed (example is a drawover your selfie.)This is strictly the rule for NSFW as well, meaning never send me media of irl genitalia or porn as “reference.” This is a hard block for me.
Adopts, Customs, Etc.
1.) Remember to credit me. It means a lot <32.) If you get my custom/adopt, you have the right to make some changes to the designs, but if possible please don't change it too much (unless you keep an alternate/original version.)3.) Do NOT sell them more than they're worth/equivalent. This is specifically about buying adopts and then reselling for triple the price with no art or art that wasn't paid that's fair to your price offer.
